About This PheWeb


This Pheweb presents the GWAS results of several heritable immune traits in the TCGA data, discussed in Sayaman, Saad, et al. "Germline genetic contribution to the immune landscape of cancer," published in Immunity, 2021. Supplementary material for the paper is available here. An interactive visualization of other aspects of the data (e.g. heritability and rare variant analysis) is available at the CRI iAtlas
